Thailand's Environmental Cases Headed To Court
Mounting legislation and support by both the public and private sector on environmental issues is manifest itself into Thailand's court system.

The report highlights that in April of this year the nation's civil court formed an special Environmental Cases Division to handle the upswing in litigation and complaints.
