Thailand’s Singha Estate Launches Mega Maldives Project

Thai real estate group Singha Estate are making global waves over their new mega mixed-use offering in the Maldives.

The initial offering will be a Hard Rock Resort and early stage of development includes multiple hotels, retail, beach club, marina and a cultural attraction.

A series of reclaimed islands near to Male are already seeing massive work underway as part of the project.

Singha is also actively expanding their S Hotels and Resorts portfolio both here and abroad.

Thai-base hospitality groups have continued to flock to the high-rate haven of the Maldives including Minor Hotel Group, Onyx, Dusit and Centara.
