THB3.5 Billion Retirement Community For Phuket

A new senior living development has been announced in Phuket, within the MontAzure integrated resort project in Kamala.

Onboard is a joint venture consortium of notable Thai groups Nye Estate Co., Ltd., LPN Development Plc., CH Karnchang Plc and Chewathai Public Company Ltd.

The project cost is estimated at THB3.5 billion and the focus is in creating an international retirement community with a noted experienced operator.

MontAzure in Kamala is rapidly developing their footprint with Twinpalms Residences, a branded Intercontinental resort, and Café del Mar are all works in progress.
