A recent article in Hotels Magazine about John Roberts who is the Director of Elephants for the Minor Hotel Group caught my attention.
Robert's who has been based at the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp and Resort for the past 10 years was recently named conversation director for the broader hotel entity.
Much of his new focus will be leading sustainability, environmental impact and trying to lower the expanding hotel group's development footprint with a CSR focus.
From elephants to global warming Roberts has a large task ahead.
