Third Runway A Charm For Hong Kong

One of the world's busiest airports, Hong Kong International Airport is looking to expand capacity with a 3rd runway.
The SAR government have approved a plan to undertaking planning and an environmental study as a prelude to construction.
Forecast at a cost of USD17 billon the timeline for approvals is three years.
