Tiger Airways Indonesian venture with Mandala will stop flying effective July 1st.
Mounting financial losses have been cited as the reason behind the move.
Tiger, which has Singapore Airlines as shareholder is under stress throughout its network due to red ink.
According to Bloomberg, low-cost airlines now control 25% of Asia's skies, which is up from 2% a decade ago.
