Twin Sands Launches Second Phase

The Absolute World Group has embarked on the second phase of the Twin Sands Resort and Spa on the Patong Headland.
A new offering of 50 units are coming on the market in the hospitality led residential project which has seen the initial phase sell out.
Pricing points are expected at the THB100,000 per square meter mark.
Completion of the latter is scheduled for mid 2015.
Absolute has teamed with Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand on the project.
Patong's Headland is seeing a number of new mixed use projects including the ultra luxury Rosewood, Amari Estate and Bluepoint.
