Two Floating Hotel's For Yangon

One of Asia's rising hotel markets Yangon is set to host not one, but two floating hotels.
Coming up shortly will be Vintage Luxury Yacht hotel.
The offering is a refurbished 104 unit floating hotel near Botataung Jetty.
Singapore's SC Capital Partners who are significant hotel investors are coming to market with a floating hotel nearby as well.
Given the accommodation shortfalls in Yangon, the ships are expected to be a short term boast to trading though as was seen in Ho Chi Minh city at the beginning of the 1990's the trend is hard to sustain.
