US Economy Hotel Chain Strikes Asia-Wide Deal

US-based economy hotel brand Red Roof Inns has entered into an agreement with Bangkok's Paragon Hotels to expand the brand across Asia.
Thailand will play host to the first Asian Red Roof Inn.
The first economy property is set to open next year.
A focus by the group will be new build properties taking Red Roof's NexGen product across the regions borders.
Recently Singapore's Castlewood did a deal with North American hotel group Duet for multiple Dream branded hotels and resorts through Asia.
