W Branded Residences Expand Footprint

Singapore's Sentosa Island is set to host the next installment of Starwood's W branded hospitality led residential offering.
Located adjacent to a 240 key W hotel under development 220 upscale apartments are configured into two, three and four bedrooms. Premium penthouse units are also available.
Units are sold on a leasehold basis for a 99 year term.

The W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is set to open in 2012.
