Now another wet towel has been thrown on the mega party with news that Paris Hilton's lawyer has sent a letter to the Phuket Gazette saying her name cannot be used in any other event other than the long done event launch on October 22nd. The letter goes on to say her personal appearance on NYE has been cancelled.
Will there be a party? Now that Surin Beach has been thrown out to the mix, no one is quite sure what's up with the bash that is just nine short days away.
