One on my Bangkok raves, and there are many is Daniel Thaiger's food truck.
What's on offer – are burgers extraordinaire.
This is not street food in the traditional sense, but gourmet burgers, with daily specials that cry out to be eaten.
Typically you can find him on Sukhumvit Soi 38, about 40 or 50 meters inside from 5:30 pm til he is sold out.
Sunday's and Monday's are off days,
As for catching up with him on operating hours, specials and any other update, key his name into Facebook and enjoy.
