Wyndham Looking For Phuket General Manager

Leading international chain Wyndham are looking for a General Manager for their new 120 room Days Hotel in Phuket town.
According to Des Pugson Vice-President of Operations the following qualification are required –
Phuket / Thailand and resort operation experience a must.
Currently in GM position with 5 years of 4 star hotel GM experience (could also have been RM of a large 4 to 5 star hotel for some of these years).
Pre-opening experience preferred.
International chain experience –
Sales & Marketing driven but proven strength in F&B as this is a key
Proven track record of good owner relationships.
Age 35 – 45.
Creative.
Hands on, lead-from-the-front type of person.
People motivator and good coach.
Structured and organised administrator.
Quality driven.
Revenue and profit driven.
