Zecha Fails To Buy Aman

The much touted deal between the Indian owning company of Aman – DLF and Adrian Zecha has failed to transact.
Zecha has been unable to come up with the USD300 million needed to close the sale in February of this year.
It's understood that DLF will continue to seek out other purchasers for the luxury chain.
Expect a new round of old and new buyers to come to that table now that a certain amount of stress exists for the operator.
