Category: Hotels|Real estate, Posted:04 Oct 2025 | 14:33 pm

CapitaLand’s hospitality arm, The Ascott Limited, is stepping firmly into Thailand’s resort and branded residence market with the launch of Ascott Above Patong Phuket. The mixed-use development, in collaboration with Phuket HA 3 Co., Ltd. and Above Patong Residence Co., Ltd., marks Ascott’s debut in one of the country’s most dynamic leisure destinations.

Located just steps from Patong Beach, the project brings together 482 resort and residential units designed around the theme “Fine Arts Inspired by Nature”. Beyond expanding its traditional serviced residence portfolio, this move signals Ascott’s broader ambitions in the leisure and lifestyle real estate sectors.

As international and domestic investors continue to target Phuket’s hospitality market, the arrival of Ascott underscores growing confidence in the island’s long-term recovery and evolution as a branded living hub.
