Capstone Asset has announced a landmark partnership with Marriott International to launch PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences, the first Autograph Collection Residences in Asia Pacific. The project is positioned in Bangtao, in close proximity to Laguna Phuket and Boat Avenue, placing it within one of the island’s most active lifestyle and investment hubs.
The development is planned as a 408-unit branded residential project, co-located with a 126-key Autograph Collection hotel as part of a larger mixed-use masterplan. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the residences will be fully furnished and integrated with a wide range of amenities, including three swimming pools, a fitness center, children’s facilities, recreation areas, and flexible co-working spaces.
