Singapore Group Developing New Phuket Integrated Marina

Singapore’ SUTL Group have unveiled plans for a new 171-berth marina in Makham Bay Phuket.

Under a sales agreement, SUTL are buying into into Makham Bay Marina Co. Ltd. project which will have a development cost of S$24.3 million according to Singapore’s Business Times.

An integrated marina club complex is planned that will include 80 dry-stack storage paces, hard-stand and the ability to host super yacht up to 200 feet.

A 65-key hotel and full resort facilities will also be part of the complex.

SUTL is a known as a leading marina with Singapore with their ONE°15 brand.
