Ultra Luxury One&Only Hitting China

Vaunted luxury hotel chain One&Only are increasing the chain's horizon to China.
A 180 key branded resort in Hainan Island's Sanya is targeted to open by 2014.
One& Only's owner Kerzner International have recently been in the headline over a decline in business levels which have been impacted by a protracted global recession.
Luxury good and brands in China continue to remain in vogue and while the resort is sizable for the chain, expectations are high in the marketplace.
